Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

1. Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:
    •    The item arrives damaged or defective
    •    The incorrect item was shipped

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept returns on:
    •    Used knives
    •    Opened packaging
    •    Buyer’s remorse
    •    Items seized or restricted due to local laws

3. Return Authorization

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Orders placed in violation of local, state, or federal knife laws are not eligible for refund.
